Order protection terms

Shipping protection — $4.99 per order

This optional service is provided by Fall Festive. If fraud or theft affecting your order is confirmed during shipping, we will issue a full refund for the affected order, including the shipping-protection fee.

To make a claim, use our Contact Us form. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the available delivery information and may request supporting details.

30-day accidental-damage cover — $4.99 per order

This optional cover applies to accidental damage to the beanies in the covered order within 30 days after delivery. Contact us within that period using our Contact Us form, with your order number and details of the damage. We will review the claim and arrange a return and refund of the amount paid for the affected product. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Product defects and quality issues

You do not need to purchase either add-on to report a faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us form. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Both add-ons are optional and must be selected before payment. Choosing not to buy them does not limit your existing consumer rights or remedies.
