Shipping policy

Effective date: 26 September 2026

1. Delivery area and cost

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or destinations outside this area.

2. Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from the date the order is placed. This total estimate includes processing time; the processing period is not added to it. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Dispatch and tracking

Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfilment partner. When the order is dispatched and tracking is available, we will provide a tracking update using the contact details supplied with the order. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

4. Delays and delivery enquiries

Carrier delays, public holidays and customs processing may affect delivery. If an order is delayed, we will communicate any material change and arrange an appropriate resolution. For a missing parcel, an address correction or a delivery enquiry, use our contact form or email tgph577@outlook.com. Contact us promptly; address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

5. Charges

Applicable taxes and any additional charges payable to us are shown at checkout before payment. Any applicable import or customs charges must be disclosed before purchase.
