1. Seller and scope

This store is operated by George Holmstrom, a sole trader trading as Fall Festive, at 43 Sheepwood Road, Bristol, BS10 7BO, United Kingdom. Contact us at tgph577@outlook.com or through our contact form. These terms apply to purchases made through this store.

2. Products, prices and payment

Product descriptions, available colours and prices are shown on the product page. Prices are in US dollars. Selected offers, applicable discounts, optional extras and taxes are reflected in the final checkout total. Optional protection is charged only when selected. Please check your items, colours and delivery details before submitting payment.

3. Orders and fulfilment

We provide an order confirmation after an order is placed. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods. We use a third-party fulfilment partner and remain your point of contact for order issues. For cancellation or correction requests, contact us promptly; we will confirm what is possible based on the order status.

4. Shipping and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–14 business days from ordering, including processing of up to 3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Optional order protection

Shipping protection costs $4.99 and covers confirmed fraud or theft during shipping as described in the Order protection terms. The separate $4.99 accidental-damage option covers qualifying accidental damage within 30 days of delivery. Claims are handled through the contact form. These optional benefits do not replace our ordinary faulty-item support.

6. Privacy and customer rights

Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Changes and complaints
